The second you enter our shop to pick up your order, the smell of freshly baked bagels hits you first -- warm, yeasty dough mingled with toasted toppings. You look inside the still warm paper bag that's filled to the brim with your order. The bagels' crust is golden and blistered, crackling slightly when squeezed.
You rush back to your car placing the bagels in the passenger seat and rush home so you can dig in as quickly as possible. But you already know you won't wait to get home; the smell is irresistible. You reach into the bag, grab the nearest bagel, and take a big bite. Oh, what a feeling, what a satisfying feeling.
The outside is crisp and chewy, with that telltale bagel "pull". Inside? Pillowy, tender dough, slightly sweet, dense but never heavy.
